My Impact plan of action
I have enormous passionate for ending extreme poverty, ending child labour, unlocking the innate potentials of young people, pressure for the inclusion and recognition of young people in policy and build community resilience in the face of the devastating changing climate.
My strategy on how to make this happen:
1) Establish and run a Mobile Mentorship and Talent Development Centre for young people in Cameroon: It is a creative after school training/mentorship centre dedicated to leverage unconventional and conventional approaches to properly prepare vulnerable young people to be able to face the challenging African society, be able to see/create opportunities within the African continent and address the leadership deficit in Cameroon.
The Mobile Mentorship and Talent Development Centre is designed to:
- Transformed vulnerable young people into exceptionally talented, skilled and solution-oriented citizens capable of challenging conventional wisdom.
- Activate and nurture the seed or beast of creativity in young people.
- Boost the imaginative power of young people so that they can better generate viable and impactful start up ideas.
- Build exceptional ethical leadership capacity in young people.
- Connect vulnerable young people to coaches and mentors for personal and career development.
- Share and connect young people to meaningful opportunities so they can harness for their personal and career development.
- Build a Psychology of success within Africa in young people so that they can believe in the possibility of success in Africa and not undertake desperate journeys or illegal migration to Europe and North America
2) Build a new model call the "Empowered peasant model": Its a multi impact model designed to transformed 5000 peasant/extreme poor rural women into millionaires. The model will also liberate over 10 million rural children from child labour
3) Impact Education: Build new schools models that will properly prepare vulnerable young people to be able to face the challenging African society, be able to see/create opportunities within the African continent and address the leadership deficit in Cameroon.
I wish to join the network in order to: connect with like minded youths and build mutual professional network, mentor others youths as well as get mentorship too, access resources for my personal , organizational and community development,
2) I also need a network, collaboration and partnership with Funders to raise USD5000 to launch and run Mobile Mentorship and Talent Development Centre for young people in Cameroon. It is a creative after school training/mentorship centre dedicated to leverage unconventional and conventional approaches to properly prepare vulnerable young people to be able to face the challenging African society, be able to see/create opportunities within the African continent and address the leadership deficit in Cameroon.
3) A standard video projector for projecting our highly engaging and inspirational content during our mentorship/training activities at our Mobile Mentorship and Talent Development Centre for young people in Cameroon
4) Also need a standard small hand video camera for documenting our impact stories both in picture and video format.
