An example of a young citizen engaged? Aladji OUATTARA is one of them. An extreme voluntarist, the young life insurance salesman is among those who have banished boredom and idleness from their vocabulary. It is that the co-founder of "Youth Leaders" - a platform of volunteers in West Africa-moves.
