when I organized aYALILearns event on Agriprenurship early in 2019, I decided to organize a YALILearns session on agribusiness in Ethiopia emphasizing specifically the breadth of agriculture careers to offer in my country. When I met with Agri-Entrepreneur who become Agri-Entrepreneur from his engineering background, he taught me that I don’t have to stay in my field of study, if I have the passion. I advised session hosts to leave time for participants to ask questions following the presentation in addition to planning small group discussions to better understand and reflect on the topics. It’s better to plan a lot of hands on activities for attendees to feel involved about the topics.
