Aristotle once said that educating the mind without Educating the heart is no education at all. You can not teach students well without effectively bonding with them. As a teacher I created a relational based approach to Learning, I wanted to teach my students creative thinking and healthy competition. So I introduced the chess club were we had to learn and laugh together. I remember beating Godbless, who is one of my students in the game and he helplessly carried his hands on his head. It was a very funny encounter. Godbless have been a very stubborn and troublesome student but I was able to relate with him as a friend through sports and I was able to teach him creative thinking.
