I have a certain inclination towards clicking moments at the outskirts of the city. A few months back, I met with a boy named Dimpu, a young enthusiast whom I found whistling away under the scorching sun. We conversed and his replies made me feel that the young mind was quite cautious and capable of learning fast. He also had a wish to see the clear sky and grassy floors through my lens and check whether the captured picture was same as he sees daily.
I was much impressed at his ways to see the nature and the change of colours over the horizon. Lately, I have revisited the village and started meeting with the boy and some of his friends at regular intervals, helping him to learn whatever I could teach myself about lens, aperture and the essentials of photography.
The picture shows the boy been photographed by me, while he clicks an image of two of his friends at a corner of his house.
