YouthPower Learning, a component of the larger YouthPower program, funded by USAID, leads research, evaluations, and events designed to build the evidence base for what works in positive youth development (PYD). To improve PYD practice, YouthPower Learning develops guidance for measuring PYD, builds the evidence of PYD practice, and organizes and disseminates results of activities from across YouthPower.
The Learning Network, including YouthPower.org, this web site and communities of practice, engages and informs the global community to help advance solutions to improve young lives.
Furthermore, YouthPower Learning has also awarded several grants.
The Systematic Review of Positive Youth Development Programs in Low- and Middle-Income Countries team used the checklist for the Blueprint Program Evaluation to guide the quality assessment of the evidence
identified in the program reports reviewed. Studies received a score of 1 point for each criterion they met. The Blueprint checklist used assigns the same weight to all the elements
