The Empleando Futuros project is recruiting and providing multiple services and training to the most severe at-risk youth in the five highest crime areas in Honduras to achieve Result 3: Train 400 youth no longer participating in illegal activities and insert 160 into the workforce. The project identifies youth  in need of tertiary prevention services including technical training that will lead to improved rates of legal income generation among at-risk youth. Empleando Futuros works toward increasing evidence and knowledge about effective strategies to provide comprehensive workforce development services to youth in conflict with the law and/or ex-gang members.
