This Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) checklist sets out minimum actions on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) during the COVID-19 response. It is intended as a quick reference resource for humanitarian project managers to use in the field and in remote locations. The checklist is to be accompanied by the full IASC Interim Technical Note on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) during COVIID-19 Response.
A plan should be developed at the country level to regularly verify that critical elements of prevention and response to sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) are in place and to prepare for contingencies where they are significantly impacted by the pandemic.
