Since the MENA Youth Community of Practice (CoP) launch in 2021, the CoP team implemented many activities, initiatives and youth series including 11 webinars, three blogs and five podcast episodes, and provided more than 75 resources to engage with community members across different technical sectors including education, economic empowerment, peacebuilding, climate change, and youth systems empowerment. The MENA Youth CoP partnered with more than nine local and international organizations utilizing the Positive Youth Development (PYD) approach from Yemen, Oman, Tunisia, Lebanon, Morocco, Iraq, Syria, and Jordan.  At the end of year 1, the MENA Youth CoP translated some of the key tools and soft skills resources for youth into its first Knowledge Product:

Key soft skills resource for cross sector youth outcomes-Arabic

Since August 2021, the MENA Youth CoP expanded membership engagement and contributions by encouraging and supporting members to produce knowledge and content through blogs and podcasts that align with CoP event series themes. The MENA Youth CoP also utilized the YouthPower.org "blogs" website, as well as various podcast platforms, for members to share their perspectives and expertise on monthly themes suggested by the community or other topics that could be beneficial to members.

To serve as a comprehensive tool, this MENA Youth CoP knowledge product includes all the webinars, blogs and podcasts produced, and conducted in from August 2021- August 2022.
