For many years, youth were either ignored, or seen as more of troublemakers as related to peacebuilding. However, increasingly young people are not being seen only as victims or perpetrators of violence, but as a key constituency who are doing amazing work to facilitate more peaceful societies. Moreover, there is a need for youth  to be included in peacebuidling as a central group.
