YouthPower Webinar Resources: Employment Programming Considerations for Adolescent Girls and Young Women in DREAMS Contexts

On January 28, 2020, YouthPower Action delivered a webinar on the results of an investigation into promising practices in wage employment and self-employment programming for adolescent girls and young women aged 15-24 in DREAMS contexts. Through a review of research and practice, YouthPower Action identified proposed intervention pathways to increased employment for AGYW in DREAMS programming, promising programming approaches, and tools and resources.
