Please find below the session notes from the session on Day 2 (Wednesday, November 10, 2021) of the USAID YouthPower2 Symposium about Exploring the ICS Framework for Vulnerable and Marginalized Youth Populations: An Interactive Session.

The session engages organizations and youth in generating feedback to validate and adapt the ICS tool through a guided discussion process. The session will begin by providing an overview of the ICS tool, which is rooted in the findings of the YP2LE Systematic Review of the PYD Impacts on Marginalized and Vulnerable Youth. Following a short overview of the findings and introduction of the ICS tool, the group will break into smaller sub-groups to review the tool and provide feedback to help validate indicators and improve and contextualize the tool. The session will end with a summary discussion on the main elements that GSDI can adapt to prepare the tool for pilot testing.
