This is a roundtable discussion moderated by Gaëlle Ramamonjisoa, Atlas Corps Fellow & YouthLead Fellow, YouthLead/Making Cents International. Panelists were Philbert Aganyo, YouthLead Ambassador Peer Advisor from Kenya, Nandini Tanya Lallmon, YP2LE YAG Member & United Nations Religion Fellow, OutRight Action International from Mauritius, and Chiranthi Senyanake, Founder and President, Hype Sri Lanka.

Session Overview
This youth-led roundtable discussion brought together three different perspectives from YouthLead’s youth leadership programs to reflect on how we can help young people build their skills in a world of rapid social and environmental changes. The panelists offered reflections on their own experiences with YouthLead and as young leaders working or change in their communities, highlighting the kinds of skills and opportunities that have been important to their journeys. The panelists shared 2 – 3 specific recommendations on where investments in young people’s skill-building (and related skill-building opportunities) could be most impactful.
