I have more than twelve years working experience of social sector in various programs engaged with I/NGOs and private organizations. I have a good leading capacity in organization, management and capacity to handle the critical situation. I can also play vital role in teamwork and fund-raising. I have been working as a section head and administrator chief. Likewise, I have also involved in various research and programs of Tuberculosis and HIV/AIDS. Similarly, I was participated in international seminar /workshop/conference of youth professionalism. I had been individually conducted youth professional program and partnership project for youth development.
