How I want to make an Impact

I am TSAGOU Essobiou Kpatcha, I am African of Togo, 32 years old. Following my training at the University of Lomé (TOGO), I was recruited by OMS -Togo as Regional Supervisor in 2014 for supervision of Polio NIDs. In 2015 I worked as Social Security Manager at the General Directorate of the National Social Security Fund of Togo, in the service of family benefits for a period of three months. From there at the end of my achievements, my creativity and my dynamism I was appointed in September 2015 DIRECTOR of a Training Institution in the Northern Region of the Country where I had to develop in this region a project of Inclusive education for disabled children whose goal is to act for the full participation of children with disabilities in the existing education system. Join you, will allow me to develop leadership in methods and techniques to develop leadership of the public decision. I intend to have these skills in order to participate in my country's development of a community or an organization. I am interested in joining you because I want to be useful to society in order to mark my generation in my time and beyond.  I am convinced that this participation guarantees me a brilliant career and will allow me to have all the necessary assets for the realization of my ambitions and professional project. Being passionate about three things: Africa, population and development my project is to create an AFRICAN CENTER FOR PARTICIPATORY GOVERNANCE (CAGP) .The goal is to build a new community of young leaders generating cutting edge knowledge on participatory governance and development to see and create a new future with an inclusive, sustainable vision. The direct beneficiaries are young people aged 16 to 24 and the indirect beneficiaries are children. The time has never been so good for us Africans to improve the living conditions of others or to contribute to the development of the continent. Me TSAGOU I want to make a difference. Being at the service of Africa is my challenge.
