I am such a person who is self-motivated, intelligent and ready to enforce positive change to the society. I'm a founder of  Digital Empowerment System where Youth focus on their studies and get connected to the global world where they are capable of sharing ideas and find their strength. Right now, I am working as appraisal Monitoring and evaluation Monitor with ACTED where i am responsible of monitoring and appraise the progress of the work in the community. "Where there is a will there is a way" therefore i only use the available resources to bring the positive change to the society. I am well convinced that YOUTHLEAD will make me more productive than before ,Sharing of ideas ,analyzing and implementation always comes from the well trained person with genius leaders of YOUTHLEAD i know this can make me to turn impossibilities to possibilities in this continent . Some years ago, There arose legends in this continent but with no support they did not achieve their goal meaning that with this opportunity i will achieve my goal through this wondrous gift of ideas sharing and implementation. i have a lot of ideas to share and implement to overcome the challenges with in the continent ,Here, there are a lot of problems but through ideas discussion we can suggest solution and make our destiny well and smartly alert. The engagement of youth in activities which will give them vision and mission rather than being engage in violent issues is what I aim at. Where I lives there is a need of positive development in capacity of youth to shape their positive attitude than being negative minded over things that are not fruitful to the country. Making youth to become Job maker rather than producing job seekers in the country, Africa is one of the blessed continent with varieties of resource of which are not put into use by the citizen due to lack of capacity and skill. “We can do anything possible if we are united for one goal”
